  Simply the best Estate Agent we have had dealings with.
  
  We decided to use Swindon Homes to sell our property after they showed us round another property we were interested in buying. Many estate agents we had come across in our viewings had come across almost totally disinterested in the property, but Simon showed real professional interest and attention without being embarrassingly overzealous (like some other agents). It was after seeing this approach that we decided we wanted Swindon homes to sell our property. Simon accomplished this within 48 hours of our property going on Sale! Simon also is a mortgage broker and was able to arrange an excellent deal for us for a very reasonable fee. Communication was also easy and relaxed from start to finish.
