  This surgery has really gone downhill. Doctor was rude to me during an appointment and I just thought not too much of it.
  
  I took my repeat prescription to the pharmacy and they said would be there in 5 days (3 working days). I came back after 6 days and the pharmacy told me it wasn't ordered and to check with the surgery.
  
  Upon checking with the surgery they said that my record had been closed as post had been sent back (which is boll*cks) leaving me with no prescription (which I rely upon heavily).
