  I wouldn't give them any stars. Are a nightmare to deal with. Problems are brushed aside. If they didn't have any customers they'd probably provide an adequate service but with customers they can't seem to do anything right. They don't appear to know customer service is or empathy. Perhaps they don't believe in problems.
