  Dragged dirty rods through my house (I would have expected them to be inside a bag, did not check the toilets himself, was here 5 mins and charged £60 to rod a drain, no power flush, no inspection and then led the by now even dirtier hose back through my house (again where is the toolbag to put these rods away in) I have complained and my complaint has been ignored and the toilets are still backing up through my bath plug hole - do yourself a favour and use another company very poor service indeed!
